A solid day of training these bunch of Kiwis. Even though they trained hard, there were lots of laughs. 8 hours of learning: from hand wrapping to footwork drills, from basic punches to evasion drills this bunch were kept on their toes the whole day.
Hosted at City Kickboxing Gym in Auckland this venue rocked, with lots of space and light.
