I agree that when holding pads for someone, if they complain that something hurts, I will stop training immediately and write a report in my injury book or/ and advise the front counter of any pain or discomfort my client experienced during my training and have it recorded.
I acknowledge that suitable hand wraps, anklets or shoes, groin guard and gloves are recommended for all workouts.
MEDICAL: I understand that I should have medical clearance before doing any strenuous, high impact exercises with my training program.
I hereby indemnify Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd and its contractors, employees and directors against any claims, suits or demands, of any nature what so ever, arising out of my involvement in this training course.
I acknowledge that by participating in this course it does not indemnify me against any claims or suits from clients and this training program only outlines the very minimum duty of care that must be afforded to clients.
I acknowledge and fully understand that many of the techniques and physical activities presented in this course are only suitable to 100% physically fit and able persons, and I provide an assurance that if in doubt, I will exercise my duty of care by: 1) referring them to a doctor prior to training 2) abstain from teaching these techniques to potentially unsuitable clients 3) substantially reduce the intensity of the techniques at the very least.
I acknowledge and fully understand injuries including death can occur, even when all correct safety procedures and skills are implemented as per this course.
I understand that if I am a MINOR (under 18 years of age) that my parents/guardians have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and Acknowledgement of Risk.
Pricing and Products
All prices, products and offers include GST if purchased within Australia.

A Course Date, Time or Venue are subjected to change without notice. You will be notified of any changes immediately via the email address registered with Punchfit during the booking process.
Licensing of Trade Marks and Business Systems+
Attending a Course does not give you usage rights to our Registered Trade Marks.
The Punchfit and Punch Equipment logos are registered trademarks of Punchfit Global Pty Ltd and Punch International Pty Ltd respectively. The logos may not be used without the prior specific, written permission of the respective owners. International courses will be sold in USD currency or another nominated currency as invoiced by Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd.
New Zealand courses are booked on-line in Australian Dollars and exclusive of G.S.T.
Warranties are strictly limited to goods matching image on website and being delivered ‘fit for purpose’ within 7 days of receipt. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. No returns without a return authorisation number will be accepted. Upon receipt of the returned goods the Punch Equipment will:
• Refund the original cost of goods to the original credit card used to place the order less any freight & handling fees
Private & International Courses
Once booked and paid for, the course can not be transferred. A 50% admin fee is charged, with the balance refunded due to logistics required to deliver the course. (airfares, accommodation, freight, etc). Cancellations within 30 days of the course date incur a full fee forfeit.
Equipment booked and paid for is non-refundable and will be delivered at the agreed cost of goods and freight. Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd and AAA Wholesalers Pty Ltd are not responsible for additional taxes, duties or fees applied to the freighted equipment within the destination Country. The purchaser agrees to pay all of these fees and holds AAA Wholesalers Pty Ltd and Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd harmless.
Punchfit® Global Refunds | Transfers | Cancellations
If Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd cannot deliver the nominated course, a full refund will be given. All refund enquiries are to be processed via our online refund form.
Course Transfers/Deferring a course/Change of mind
You are required to request a refund via our website within 24 hours of your course date. A refund of your course fee will be processed within 30 days.
Non attendance to a course with no prior notice will forfeit the entire course fee.
Punch Equipment® is sold through AAA Wholesalers Pty Ltd. Please visit their website for their terms and conditions. Punchfit® Global does not handle any equipment purchases, logistics, tracking, exchanges or refunds. Please refer to separate Terms and Conditions at www.punchequipment.com
For equipment purchased on the day of your course, the business listed on your Equipment Receipt is your point of contact for exchanges and returns.
After purchasing a course online, you may receive marketing material via email from Punchfit® Global or Punch Equipment®.
Complaints & Grievances Procedure
All complaints & grievances will only be accepted via email to email@example.com. The Auditor of Punchfit® Global Pty Ltd will attend to all complaints and grievances in a timely manner. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the Auditor to investigate and obtain feedback for a resolution.

Collecting Anonymous Information
We automatically collect general website traffic information (such as how many people have visited the site, most popular pages etc). This information is collected into aggregate results in order to evaluate our service and business practice in an effort to provide you with an optimum service. We do not share non-personal, aggregated information.
Collecting Personal Information
We collect personal information submitted by you to manage and deliver your order. We do not disclose personal information for any other purpose. Delivery information you supplied when ordering is available online for your reference in your ‘my order’ conformation email and reciept.
Use of Personal Information
We will use personal information as supplied by you to process and deliver your order. We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider (ie a courier) as selected by you when you place your order. We also retain your order details in a secure server side system. This is so we have a record of your order should you wish to return or exchange an item at a later date. We do not publish personal information for any reason.
Under no circumstances will Punchfit Global Pty Ltd sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
For added convenience, we have employed a “cookie” system for our website. A “cookie” is a small file placed on a customer’s machine which lets our site store information. This information allows us to make our site easier to use. Cookies allow our servers to keep track of customer details between visits to our site. The information stored by the cookie includes the data that is provided during online registration. This information is only accessible online when a customer enters their username and password. Other information stored by the cookie includes website traffic data. This is not used to identify individual details but only collated into aggregate anonymous results in order to evaluate and improve our shopping service for our customers. Credit card information is never stored in the cookie.
Personal information like address, phone numbers etc are only accessible after supplying a username and password. You must login before you can transfer your course within 14 days of course date, or view or edit your registration details and your order. Once you have logged in your account will remain open until you quit the browser.
We will store your email address if you send us a query, place an order or subscribe to an email list. They are never disclosed for any other purpose.

Unencrypted credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers. When you place an order our website encrypts and passes all order information to our back-office system. This system is not connected directly to the internet.
Our order processing system is protected by the Punchfit network firewall. A firewall is a hardware and software security system designed to filter specified exchanges of information and restrict access to authorised systems and users.
Punchfit never sells personal or anonymous information to third parties.
