The Punchfit Shop Online website is owned and operated by the Punchfit Global Pty Ltd (ABN 77 128 027 949).

Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.
Pricing and Products

 All product and offers may not be available at some retail outlets.

 Prices, products and offers include GST (excluding gift vouchers).

 All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available from other providers selling Punchfit products.

Any online currency converter is to be used a guide only. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.

Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Whilst all care has been taken formulating this website, availability, artwork colours, product features and technical data may vary from images on website.

Delivery Costs

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Where this is the case Punchfit will email and confirm costs prior to dispatch. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Stock Availability and Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in course positions or stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Punchfit will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. International Courier orders are traceable and fully insured and therefore replaceable if lost en route.

Additional Identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Punchfit may affect estimated delivery times. Punchfit reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

 
 

Customs and International Duty

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

Punchfit Returns and Refunds

Punchfit will gladly credit or exchange course bookings up to 14 days prior to course commencement date on presentation of the original Punchfit sales docket. No refund will be given for a change of mind for illness or injury.-see change of mind policy. If Punchfit cannot deliver the nominated course, a full refund will be given.

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.

Change of Mind Policy

Course bookings cancelled or deferred within 14 days from the scheduled course date will incur a $60 administration fee. Course bookings cancelled or deferred outside of 14 days from the scheduled course date will have a credit note raised that is valid for 12months from the date of issue at no charge. Non attendance to a course will incur a $60 “non attendance” fee.

Punch Equipment Returns and Refunds

Punch Equipment will gladly refund, credit or exchange faulty products still in their original sale condition on presentation of the original Punch Equipment sales docket within 7 days of purchase. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent, at purchasers cost to:

Overseas Returns

Please contact us prior to returning goods to the Punch Equipment Order Centre to obtain a return number. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. No returns without a return authorisation number will be accepted. Upon receipt of the returned goods the Punch Equipment Shop will:

• Refund the original cost of goods to the original credit card used to place the order

• Refund the original delivery charges and the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card if the return is a result of our error

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and the Punch Equipment Shop. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

Australian Law

There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Equipment Warranties

Warranty is limited to original purchaser with proof of purchase. Fair wear and tear precluded. Repair or replacement of defective products, parts or accessories are your sole remedy under this warranty: not liable for incidents/consequential damage. Warranty limited to Australia.

Privacy and Security

Ordering Punchfit courses Online is designed to be as simple as possible, while allowing maximum security and privacy for all your details.

Encryption

Crucially, unencrypted credit card details will not be stored on our server, and will be sent only in encrypted form. The encryption technology we use are SSL. For more information about these technologies see http://info.ssl.com for more information.

If you do not wish to place your order on the internet, we offer you the option of phoning, faxing or mailing in your order.

Collecting Anonymous Information

We automatically collect general website traffic information (such as how many people have visited the site, most popular pages etc). This information is collected into aggregate results in order to evaluate our service and business practice in an effort to provide you with an optimum service. We do not share non-personal, aggregated information.

Collecting Personal Information

We collect personal information submitted by you to manage and deliver your order. We do not disclose personal information for any other purpose. Delivery information you supplied when ordering is available online for your reference in your ‘my order’ conformation email and reciept.

Use of Personal Information

We will use personal information as supplied by you to process and deliver your order. We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider (ie a courier) as selected by you when you place your order. We also retain your order details in a secure server side system. This is so we have a record of your order should you wish to return or exchange an item at a later date. We do not publish personal information for any reason.

Under no circumstances will Punchfit Global Pty Ltd sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

Offline

If you do not wish to place your order on the internet, we offer you the option of phoning, faxing or mailing your order. Please follow the instructions when placing your order.

Cookies

For added convenience, we have employed a "cookie" system for our website. A "cookie" is a small file placed on a customer's machine which lets our site store information. This information allows us to make our site easier to use. Cookies allow our servers to keep track of customer details between visits to our site. The information stored by the cookie includes the data that is provided during online registration. This information is only accessible online when a customer enters their username and password. Other information stored by the cookie includes website traffic data. This is not used to identify individual details but only collated into aggregate anonymous results in order to evaluate and improve our shopping service for our customers. Credit card information is never stored in the cookie.

Privacy

Personal information like address, phone numbers etc are only accessible after supplying a username and password. You must login before you can check your order status, or view or edit your registration details and your order. Once you have logged in your account will remain open until you quit the browser.

Email Addresses

We will store your email address if you send us a query, place an order or subscribe to an email list. They are never disclosed for any other purpose.

Spam

Credit Card

Unencrypted credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers. When you place an order our website encrypts and passes all order information to our back-office system. This system is not connected directly to the internet.

Firewall

Our order processing system is protected by the Punchfit network firewall. A firewall is a hardware and software security system designed to filter specified exchanges of information and restrict access to authorised systems and users.

Third Parties

Punchfit never sells personal or anonymous information to third parties.

Australian Law

We comply with the Trade Practices Act 1974, state based Fair Trading Acts and Sale of Goods Acts, the Consumer Credit Code, the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth).
