Designed by dual Thailand Certified Master ringfighting Khru Bruce Townhill, the course teaches you how to deliver kickboxing and modified Muay Thai techniques more efficiently than ever before, with a focus on low impact sustained mid to high intensity sessions that result in huge gains in calorie burn, endurance, strength and co-ordination.  No previous kickboxing skills are required to enrol in the Punchfit® G.X.® Kick Trainer Course, which qualifies you for one on one personal kickboxing fitness training right up to mass group exercise classes.
